Our large floating home features sun drenched rooms, hardwood floors throughout every room but master bedroom, panoramic views of the bay, Mt. Tamalpais, the Sausalito Headlands, Tiburon and San Francisco from the master bedroom.
The romantic dining area offers a candelabra filled with flowers, candles and hand painted furniture. The views from the dining room table are breathtaking.
Gaze at the bay from three sides in our comfortable living room while you cozy up to the warm fire. The 2 couches seat 6 people comfortably.
All 3 bedrooms are spacious and bright.
The lower bedroom comes equipped with a built in double size captain's bed, a gas fireplace and an electric keyboard. There is also a desk, a printer/scanner/fax.
The middle bedroom is equipped with a king-size trundle bed and a window seat onto the bay. The opposite wall is a library. Cozy up in the window seat and read on a gloomy day.
The master is sumptuous and wonderful. It features views in every direction including from the master bathroom. The master bath has a jetted tub. All bedrooms have 100% cotton Egyptian sheets, down comforters or cotton quilts if you wish. From one window in the master bedroom you can see San Francisco on a clear day.

The deck off of the living room is partially enclosed for those chilly evenings. The roof deck has a glass shield to protect from the wind and the views are panoramic. It has a glass table and 4 chairs, 2 lounge chairs and a Bar-B-Que. The lower boat float is equipped with a table and 4 chairs and a romantic swing.
Kayak to dinner, bicycle (2 bicycles included) to the market or to the movies. This is a very friendly place to be. We are an interesting group of people living here from around the globe. You will be welcomed and very comfortable. Our home is built on 5 split-levels. This makes for great views from everywhere. You can choose to dine on any of the 3 decks.
Across the street from the parking lot is the bus to San Francisco which is a 25 minute ride. Or connect to the ferry which is a 40 minute ride. Drive to the wine country in 30 minutes.

Sidari is a cozy 2 bedroom 1 bath Sausalito Floating home,
located on the most picturesque dock, in a deep-water berth.
Enter the white gate and encounter baskets of begonias and French street lamps.
Climb approximately 7 steps and enjoy the over-sized sun-deck with views of the bay, Tiburon, Belvedere, a glimpse of San Francisco, The Bay Bridge, Alcatraz, the Sausalito Headlands and more.....An outdoor table fit with a market umbrella and four chairs sit in the corner of the deck for evening dinners alfresco.
Open the French door to the living room and open kitchen. In the corner of the living room sits the large wood-burning fireplace.
The views of the bay are seen through floor to ceiling windows.
The living room offers a sleeper couch a Costa Rican Rocker a coffee table and stereo with cassette player.
There are 2 barstools at the breakfast bar and a table and four chairs in the kitchen. The kitchen also offers a dish-washer, gas stove, microwave, toaster, blender, coffee maker and pots, pans, dishes, stemware, silverware, iron, etc…
Downstairs are two bedrooms and one full, remodeled bath with tub and shower and plenty of fluffy cotton towels…
The master offers a silver, queen. Canopied bed with brilliant red and white cotton linens and shades. Lie in the bed and watch the T.V. or just feel like you are floating beneath the sea…

The special features of this floating home are the marvelous location, views and decks. The lower deck is a floating boat dock with a bar-b-Que. Please use our canoe and banana peel kayak whenever you wish.
We have a tide chart on board and also a telephone for your local calls (12-mile radius) or for your computer.
